About me

My story

My mission is to help people connect to who they authentically are, who the universe wanted them to be before the world and other people put their conditioning on them.

I was born in and grew up in Poland and moved to the US when I was 16. I always knew I wanted to help people and be of service in the world. Initially I wanted to do it in the medical field. I went to Tufts University, I was premed and studied Biochemistry and French Literature and spent a wonderful yet challenging year abroad in Paris. While working doing immunology research after college I realized I wanted to help people through business and went on to NYU Stern and graduated with an MBA focusing on strategy, global business and finance. During my time in business school when I was very stressed out and insecure, I discovered and started practicing Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. While working in my corporate tech sales job after business school, I decided to help others grow and live the lives they have dreamed of through my coaching practice.

Throughout the years I've been building my approach by reading personal growth books, attending self-improvement seminars, conferences and participating in coaching programs. I also became a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher in 2016 and have been teaching since.

I discovered Human Design in 2018 through Lacy Philips and Jenna Zoe. I discovered I was born the same year as Human Design - in 1987. I am a Manifesting Generator, which is one of the 5 energy types in Human Design. HD has helped me to understand why I am the way I am and accept myself more fully. It has also helped me to release any conditioning that the world has put on me and allow myself to be as I naturally am. I have discovered a new level of worthiness and self-love.

I admire and work with teachers and coaches like Mama Gena, Jenna Zoe, Lacy Phillips, Gabby Bernstein, Tara Marino and Byron Katie. I have recently moved to Seattle from New York City. I love to travel, read, take long walks and do Kundalini yoga. I also love learning Spanish as well as Latin music and dancing.
